On the upper floor, the existing roof slab was demolished and the new construction, built with a prefabricated steel structure, allowed for larger spans and greater continuity between inside and outside. Living room, kitchen with a table for ten, pool, deck, barbecue area, pizza oven and outdoor living area now form a continuous sequence, complemented by a gym and bathroom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stone flooring runs through the interior and exterior spaces and extends into the pool and the staircase leading to the deck, reinforcing the reading of the floor as a single continuous environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
