Located in Vila Olímpia, São Paulo, the 17 m × 15 m floor plate allowed for the configuration of generous spaces for the investment fund.

In the entrance hall, the company’s identity was applied to a natural wood panel. A graphite-gray volume houses the powder room and IT room, establishing the transition between the reception and the office’s interior spaces.

Transparency between the meeting rooms and the work area was an important concept adopted by the project. To achieve this, the circulation is enclosed by glass partitions on both sides.

In the work area, the existing modular ceiling was removed, exposing the concrete slab and the building infrastructure, which contrast with the linear lighting fixtures arranged parallel to the workstations.
