The renovation begins with the reorganization of the floor plan and the design of new built-in cabinetry developed to adapt the spaces to the resident’s daily routine.

Among the main changes, the master suite gains a walk-in closet, while the former office becomes a breakfast room adjacent to the kitchen, bringing the spaces dedicated to everyday meals closer together and establishing a more direct relationship between the kitchen and social areas.

Cabinetry runs throughout the apartment and assumes different functions, incorporating equipment, storage and support areas. Light wood, white surfaces and restrained detailing establish a continuous foundation throughout the spaces, complemented by furniture selected according to criteria of comfort and ergonomics.

In the dining room, the sideboard and bar were designed by the office. With pocket doors, the bar remains integrated into the cabinetry when closed. When open, it reveals a counter for preparing drinks, wine coolers and shelves for glasses and stemware, becoming a support area for the social spaces.

The same logic guides the other rooms: visually restrained elements accommodate multiple functions while preserving the continuity and clarity of the spaces.
